Shipping Policy

Production & Dispatch Times All our teamwear is made to order and personalised to your requirements. Please allow a minimum of 21 days for production before your order is dispatched. During busy periods (e.g. start of season), this may extend — we'll keep you informed if this applies to your order.

UK Delivery Once dispatched, UK orders are sent via a standard 48-hour service. If you opted for a signed-for/proof of delivery service, please select this option at checkout.

Collection In Store Orders can be collected from our Burgess Hill store (Unit 3, Regent Business Centre, 6 Jubilee Road, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 9TL). You will be notified when your order is ready.

EU & International Delivery We ship to EU and selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location — please allow additional time beyond the production period for international shipments. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Amendments Any amendments to your order must be made within 48 hours of placing it, as production begins shortly after this point. Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.

Important Notes

  • Delivery is to UK Mainland only at standard rates. Additional charges may apply for Scottish Highlands and remote locations.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses. Please ensure your details are accurate at checkout.
