Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges:

We are unable to exchange or refund any item(s) that have been personalised with initials, names, numbers or logo's - unless faulty.

If your item(s) is deemed to be faulty please email us with photographs clearly showing the fault plus the garment as a whole. If your item(s) has not been personalised and you wish to return it please send it to: 

GR Teamwear, Unit 3, Regent Business Centre, 6 Jubilee Road, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 9TL.

Please include a note stating the reason for your return, plus either your order number or your contact details. We will contact you regarding your return and refunds, if applicable, will be completed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item(s).

If you require an exchange and we have the required item(s) in stock we will aim to dispatch the item(s) withing three working days of receipt. However, please be aware that we may need to re-order your replacements from one of our suppliers and this may take a minimum of 21 days.

We cannot be held responsible for any returned item(s) that are 'lost in transit' and so we highly recommend returning them via 'Proof of Delivery' (POD) postage.
