CLUB SHOPS:
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are a MINIMUM of 21 days production. Once your order is ready we will dispatch using Royal Mail 48 hour delivery.
Will I be notified when my order is dispatched?
Yes. If you have entered a UK mobile telephone number you will receive a MSM message and/or an email notifying you once your parcel has been collected from us.
Can I choose a Signed For / Proof Of Delivery delivery service?
Yes. At the billing page you may choose between 'Standard Shipping' and a 'Proof of Delivery' (POD) shipping service.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will be sent a tracking number allowing you to track the parcel on The Royal Mail website. If you have not received this number please contact us via our email form.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. At the billing shipping page you will be offered the option to 'Collect in Store'. Orders are collected from our store in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Please see our opening hours in our 'Contact Details' link at the foot of this website.
What if my order is out of stock?
We will advise you email if an item(s) is out of stock. We will aim to give you an estimated date that we can expect to receive it from our supplier or we may offer you a substitute.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do. International shipping rates will be displayed at the time of ordering.
What is your returns policy?
Please see our 'Returns/Exchanges' link at the foot of this website.
Can I try items on before I buy?
We do keep size samples of most of our items in our store in Burgess Hill, West Sussex and these can be tried on. We do advise calling us before visiting to ensure that we do have the sample in stock.
Do you have size guides?
Yes. Please see our 'Size Guides' linkjat the foot of the website. If you cannot see the size guide you require please contact us directly and we would be happy to give you exact measurements whenever possible.
How many initials can I have on my item?
Generally initials are 2 characters or 3 characters for double barreled names. We would generally say that the maximum initials should be 5.
TEAMWEAR & WORKWEAR:
What is the process for ordering team kit?
Please browse our 'Teamwear', 'Training & Lesiurewear', 'Equipment' and/or 'Workwear' sections. You can filter the products by brand, colour, price etc. and there is also a search bar available for you to use. Simply pop your desired items into the basket. You will be asked if you would like to add logos' club badges and personalisation for each size of item(s). Once you have all your items in the basket PLEASE CHECK IT CAREFULLY ensuring that all your personalisation is correct and then proceed to the payment section.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for our printed team wear and work wear. Embroidered items may be subject to a minimum quantity.
What format should I send my logo's in?
Please send your images in as high a resolution as possible, ideally in a JPG, Vector or PNG format. Any low res images will be subject to an artwork alteration fee.
Can you design my artwork for me?
We are sorry but we do not have the facility to design or amend artwork for you but we do ask that you contact us directly should you have a specific request regarding your logo.
What is the production time for kit?
We ask that you allow 5 weeks from the time of placing the order. We will endeavor to contact you as soon as an order is placed regarding any questions or queries that either we or you have. However, we do accept that in some instances kits may be required at very short notice eg. a Cup Final appearance so in those instances we ask that you contact us directly and we will try to accommodate you if at all possible.
Can we see product and size samples before ordering?
We can possibly send you both product and/or size samples but these will be subject to a deposit plus delivery charges. Please contact us for further details about samples... we would be happy to help you where possible.
Do you offer bespoke kits?
Yes we do but due to the complex nature of producing bespoke kits we please ask that you contact us directly for full details.
How can re-order or top-up our kit?
If you are looking to re-order or to 'top-up' an order that you had previously placed with us, we ask that you contact us. Our aim is to keep the GR Teamwear website up to date with the newest item(s) available from our suppliers but in some instances kit that was ordered in the past may still be available to us, but may not be shown on our website.
Can I amend my order?
Any amendments must be placed within 48 hours of completing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order.
Can I return Teamwear or Workwear?
Once a Teamwear order has been personalised it cannot be returned unless faulty.
