Terms and Conditions
'GR Teamwear' is the trading name for Green and Ridley Ltd.
Delivery of Orders:
Please note that once your order is dispatched from GR Teamwear it is then your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to receive the parcel. If your order is returned to us by the courier due to either an incorrect address supplied, an inaccessible location or that no one was available to receive the order then we will need to take a further payment to re-send the item(s). We cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise from shipping requests such as 'To be left with my neighbour, or 'Please leave in porch'.
Amending an Order:
If you need to amend your order this must be done within 48 hours of the order being placed. We strongly recommend telephoning us on 01444 244401 should you need to amend an order that you have placed. GR Teamwear are unable to amend an order once the printing process has begun. This includes changing items/sizes and/or making changes or adding/removal of personalisation.

Faulty Items:
GR Teamwear reserves the right to refund for a faulty item rather than replacing it and vice versa. This is dependent on the item(s) and on the fault and will be discussed further by one of our team upon notification of a fault.
Damaged Goods:
If you receive an item(s) that has been damaged during transit you should advise us in writing within 24 hours of receipt, fail to do so and we will be unable to accept your claim.
Clearance Items:
The company operates a strict “No Returns Policy” on any Sale or Clearance goods.
Colour Fastness/Shade Variation:
We do not guarantee colour fastness on any of the goods for sale, outside of those offered by the brand manufacturer. Every effort is made by brand manufacturers to ensure matching colours across the range & style of garments, but there may be variations from dye batch to dye batch, or variances in fabric material or style, so it is not possible to guarantee an exact colour match across multiple ranges or item(s) from supplier to supplier.
Shortages:
GR Teamwear has strict procedure's in place for checking that orders are dispatched in their entirety. If you receive an order and you believe they may be an item missing, and we have not included a notification on the enclosed leaflet, please advise us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to do so will result in us being unable to accept your claim.
All suspected fraudulent claims for shortages will be reported by us to the Police for further investigation. We reserve the right to pass all of your details to the Police authorities, in all instances where we believe a crime may have been committed.
Cancellation of Orders:
If you have placed your order with GR Teamwear and then subsequently decide you wish to cancel the order, provided the item(s) have not been ordered from our supplier(s) you are able to cancel. We ask that you notify us by email or telephone as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. We will not accept cancellation of your order once the personalisation process has begun.
Delivery Charges:
GR Teamwear charges for all deliveries unless a customer has selected 'Collect in Store'.
Delivery prices are based on a UK Mainland address only, excluding BFPO, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, All Isles and Outer Hebrides. Some Scottish locations may require an additional delivery charge, you will be notified once you have placed your order, or alternatively contact us prior to placing your order. All UK orders are sent by standard UK 48 hour tracked services unless the 'Signed For' (POD) service has been selected.
Collection of Orders:
If you have selected 'Collect in Store' a member of our team will notify you once an order is ready for your collection. Our opening hours for collections can be found on our 'Contact Details' link at the foot of this website.
Conditions of Sale:
Every effort is made to ensure goods bought from GR Teamwear are of excellent manufacturing quality. Should there be an issue with quality then GR Teamwear reserves the right to return the item(s) to the original manufacturer for inspection before deciding on relevant action.
We reserve the right to decline to trade with any club, company, entity or person or to accept any order, whether or not payment has been received, whereby third party reselling of our product is identified on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or other similar reselling platforms.
We reserve the right not to accept any order until full payment has been made by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for the time it takes for a card transaction to process.
Card refunds can take up to 5 working days from the date the refund is processed for the funds to appear in your account, This is also dependent on your bank and their processing times.
All goods shipped to countries outside of the UK where import duty may be applicable are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Personalisation of Products:
- By uploading or submitting any image, design or logo (thereafter called "Artwork") to personalise a item(s) on the GR Teamwear website, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the artwork does not infringe the rights of any other person or entity. You shall fully indemnify us on demand and hold us harmless against any claim, costs, losses and expenses (including legal fees) that arise out of a claim that the artwork infringes the rights of any third person.

You must not upload or submit any artwork for personalising an item(s) that:
- Is inaccurate, defamatory, obscene, offensive, indecent, pornographic, abusive, blasphemous, hateful, threatening, inflammatory, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance, upset, anxiety, embarrassment or inconvenience to any other person.
- Discriminates based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
- Attempts to deceive any person or be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or relationship with any other person.
- Gives the impression that it originates from GR Teamwear if this is not the case.
- Includes any data relating to another person that personally identifies them, such as their address, telephone number, email address, social media details without their express approval. You must give us proof that you have obtained this approval.
- Supports, promotes or assists violence or any unlawful act.
- Infringes anyone's rights (including intellectual property rights). In particular, you must ensure that you either own the copyright in any artwork that you upload or submit or that you are fully licensed by the copyright owner to use the uploaded or submitted artwork on the item(s) and that you are not infringing any third party's trademark (whether registered or not), or breaching any duty of confidentiality to any third party.
Printing/Embroidery:
We will use our best endeavours to obtain the closest possible match to files/artwork submitted to GR Teamwear, however we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour of the finished print, due to the heat application of digital printing to the item(s). Shade variants may occur when printing on to different colour garments and on to different item(s) from different suppliers. Any file/artwork submitted to GR Teamwear that you have supplied which requires exact pantone colours will be printed as near as the printing process allows.
Rights to Promote the supply of Product:
With placement of an order with GR Teamwear you grant us permission to have full rights to use and distribute text, images and video relating to the supply of your item(s) on our social media platforms. You have the right to withdraw this permission at the time of order by telephone or emailing us within 48 hours of placing an order.
Limitation of Liability:
This website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. GR Teamwear reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information and update prices at any time without prior notice. Please note our online prices may differ from prices displayed in our store in Burgess Hill.
Please note that while GR Teamwear uses images supplied by the manufacturers of the item(s) available for sale on the website, the limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation to the true colour. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the imagery and descriptions are accurate, however, specifications may change such as but not limited to trim colour or brand location. We cannot be held responsible for any colour variations on your computer monitor or portable device. If a specific colour is required, we would always advise ordering a sample prior to placing any large order, especially where you will also require personalisation of the item(s) as we will be unable to accept any return on this basis.
League and Association Rules:
Please note that GR Teamwear takes no responsibility whatsoever for any item(s) which are deemed unacceptable to wear by any sports league or association. We are aware that some sports leagues have rules which prohibit garments that are too dark as a colour, or where a garment has a plain black rear, or have restrictions on the number or size of sponsorship logos - however, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to perform the necessary checks with their league or association before placing an order. Different leagues and associations will have different interpretations on what is within their rules/handbook and so we always recommend contacting them prior to placing an order with us.
